Vanilla & Honey Side Car

• 1oz (30ml) Ron Miel Honey Rum
• 1/2oz (20ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1oz (30ml) Navan Vanilla Cognac

Drizzle a little honey around the inside of a chilled cocktail glass in a fun pattern! Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add cubed ice. Shake hard for a few seconds and strain into the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist/zest of fresh lemon.
