Raspberry Honey Splash

  • 1.5oz (50ml) Ron Miel Honey Rum
  • 1/4oz (10ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • 1/4oz (10ml) Cointreau
  • Top with a splash of soda water

Crush the fresh raspberries in a cocktail shaker, then add the remaining ingredients, except the soda. Fill with cubed ice and shake hard. Strain into tall glass over fresh cubed ice and top up with soda. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
