Old Spaniard

  • 1.5oz (50ml) Ron Arehucas Golden Rum
  • 1/2oz (20ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1oz (30ml) Ron Miel Honey Rum
  • 5-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for a few seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
