Ron Miel Sling

  • 1oz (30ml) Ron Miel Honey Rum
  • 1oz (30ml) Gin
  • 1/2oz (20ml) Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2oz (20ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Top with a splash of ginger ale

Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a cocktail shaker and shake hard with cubed ice for a few seconds. Pour everything in to a tall glass or sling glass and top with a splash of ginger ale. Add a little more ice if needed and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a cherry.
